It seems that Yahoo! Mail is having server-side issues with users reporting that they can log-in but get stuck with a welcome message which says:

There are two buttons which you can click, obviously: “I Accept”, and “No Thanks.” Clicking either of these produces no result and keep you with a screen stuck with the welcome message.
No solution has been found at the moment, but if you’re experiencing this specific problem do comment below and report any updates on this matter to help out the community.

Also having problems logging in via mobile app. Getting 2 errors, invalid username/password OR SSL certificate error – check date/time.

Exactly the same problem DS mentioned. This is the 2nd time in a week that Yahoo has had major mail access problems. If they don’t keep a lid on things, many will move to another email provider, regardless if they have a paid or free service. Even though many have the free service, it isn’t any good if it’s riddled with problems. Yahoo has had its fair share lately. If this continues, I’ll definitely use another service.

Same issue, as stated, using Firefox. Additionally, cannot access via mobile app (Android 2x). Time to find a new eamil provider. Now I just want to be able to access my folders before I dump these twats.

Same here in Detroit. Yahoo! is ALWAYS slow to load, but you put up with the wait because shifting stored emails would be a pain. Somebody make the switch easy and I’m gone.
Plus, I hate getting spam and ads based on Yahoo!’s scan of what appears in my PRIVATE email content. At least it seems like that’s what happens.
Had the same problem. Deleted my history,cookies, saved passwords, etc. under Internet Options for my browser and I am back in my email with no Welcome Screen that won’t go away.
